Experience managing large scale events and the branding/marketing needed along with it. Proventrack recordof planning and leading strategic cross org initiatives. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Drive large scale Employee eventssuch as Townhalls, Hackathons, All hands, conferences etc.to create delight and pride Drive cross-organizational initiatives to land cultural tenets with the employees. Be the advocate for Employees and their Experience with Leaders and all Partner teams- Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Support Site Leadership team in enablinga great workculture.
