Job Description

We are looking for a contractor in Back Office process in
India who can bring their unique skills to our team

This contractor role aims to significantly enhance operational efficiencies within the Back Office team over a
six-month period by conducting thorough process analyses and implementing automation strategies.In her/his day to day, the candidate will communicate with the local head of Back office and Regional Headof Back office.The team is composed of different sub teams on all Global Markets Business lines that work on bothderivatives and securities.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:• Analyze existing processes within the Back Office to identify inefficiencies and areas forimprovement.• Challenge unitary time metrics by conducting sit-in sessions with operators to gather insights oncurrent workflows.• Propose and implement automation solutions, ensuring that process changes are documentedthrough Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).• Streamline operations to promote efficiency gains and reduce manual intervention.• Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with best practices andcompliance standards.• Conduct governance meetings to review progress and refine strategies based on data-driveninsights.• Change mindset of the team by influencing them to challenge process and have a risk-basedapproach (team member should raise her/him early warning whether capacity, FO request orbehavior to ensure proper segregation of duties, or risky process)

Required Skills

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:
• Strong knowledge of cross-asset products and operational processes, with a keen understanding ofBack Office functions.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective tracking of unitary time foreach process.• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, yet possessing strong collaborative abilities toengage with team members.• Proven ability to communicate effectively, influencing team dynamics and fostering a risk-basedapproach to process improvement.
