Manage large-scale IT programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Apply Agile methodologies for planning, execution, and tracking deliverables. Lead vendor transition processes, including KT plans, shadowing sessions, and knowledge management. Provide timely status updates, progress reports, and executive-level presentations. Monitor data operations, manage incidents and changes, and identify automation opportunities. Plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies. Ensure adherence to timelines, cost, and quality. Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders. Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA + MBA or equivalent.
PMP/Prince2 certification.
12+ years of relevant experience.
Managed at least three IT implementation projects as Project Manager.
Experience in government/PSU/financial sector projects.
