Available Positions We are currently seeking research-focused professors specializing in human behavior across the following disciplines: Consumer Behavior Organizational Behavior Human Resource Management Position Overview We seek accomplished research scholars with exceptional capabilities in investigating human behavior through diverse theoretical lenses and methodological approaches. The ideal candidates will demonstrate research excellence through publications in top-tier journals and possess the ability to develop innovative research programs that advance our understanding of human decision-making, interactions, and behavioral patterns. These positions require individuals who can build significant research portfolios, mentor junior scholars, and lead interdisciplinary initiatives examining the psychological and social dimensions of human behavior in various contexts. Key Responsibilities Research & Scholarly Impact (70%) Maintain a rigorous research agenda resulting in publications in premier journals in behavioral science, psychology, and domain-specific outlets Secure competitive research grants from national and international funding bodies Develop innovative methodological approaches for studying human behavior including experimental designs, longitudinal studies, and advanced quantitative/qualitative methods Lead a research group focused on human behavior in specific contexts (consumer, organizational, HR) Design and implement cross-disciplinary research initiatives examining behavioral phenomena across domains Contribute to global research networks and collaborative projects with international scholars Apply the GTRMP framework with primary emphasis on research excellence and theoretical advancement Present research at prestigious academic conferences and research symposia Serve on editorial boards of leading journals in behavioral science and relevant disciplines Teaching & Student Development (20%) Teach advanced courses in human behavior research methods and domain-specific applications Supervise doctoral students and mentor early-career researchers in behavioral science Develop research-informed curriculum for graduate programs Create opportunities for student involvement in high-quality behavioral research projects Design specialized research seminars and workshops for doctoral students Foster interdisciplinary thinking and methodological rigor in student research Institutional Development & External Relations (10%) Contribute to departmental and university research governance Participate in faculty recruitment and development initiatives Support research accreditation and quality enhancement efforts Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary behavioral research initiatives Enhance Woxsen's reputation as a center of excellence for human behavior research Develop relationships with external research institutions and funding agencies Contribute to the intellectual discourse on human behavior through media engagement when appropriate Qualifications Essential PhD in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related discipline from a globally recognized research institution Outstanding research profile with multiple publications in A*/A-ranked journals in behavioral science and domain-specific outlets Demonstrated success in securing competitive research grants Strong methodological expertise in behavioral research methods (experiments, surveys, qualitative approaches, computational methods, etc.) Evidence of research impact through citations and scholarly recognition Experience in doctoral supervision and mentoring early-career researchers Excellent communication skills with ability to disseminate complex behavioral research to diverse audiences Active participation in international research networks and scholarly communities Desirable H-index of 18+ with a strong citation record Experience with cross-cultural behavioral research, particularly in emerging markets Expertise in interdisciplinary approaches to human behavior Track record of successful research
