We’re looking for candidates with strong leadership and operational capabilities across:Production Planning & Execution: Manage schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to meet output targets.Team Development & Training: Lead production teams, drive skill development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Process Optimization: Implement lean practices, conduct root cause analysis, and champion Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.Quality & Compliance: Monitor line rejections, lead OQC failure investigations, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.Shop Floor Excellence: Oversee SFCS for real-time tracking and traceability, conduct 5S audits, and maintain workplace organization.Line Balancing & UPH Optimization: Optimize manpower and machine allocation, streamline UPH capacity planning, and eliminate bottlenecks.Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage material flow, inventory control, and supplier collaboration to ensure smooth operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, planning, and other departments to resolve issues and drive alignment.Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze production metrics and implement actionable improvements for throughput, yield, and performance.Strategic Execution: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business goals and customer requirements.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, maintain production records, and support audits and reviews.
