PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
A production supervisor's work includes overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing staff to meet production goals, and ensuring the workflow is efficient and safe. Key duties involve scheduling production, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. They are also responsible for training staff and implementing process improvements to increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
Qualification:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in incoming quality control within the automotive or part-assembling industry, or similar manufacturing environment.
Salary (CTC) - 2 to 3 LPA
