Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the operational activities of the aluminium production line.
Ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards in the designated work area.
Manage and allocate manpower efficiently across all three shifts.
Operate and oversee machine functions as per production requirements.
Monitor and control process parameters to achieve production targets.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance coordination to minimize downtime.
Ensure quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
Train and guide workers to improve productivity and efficiency.
Maintain records and reports related to production, safety, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Knowledge of machine operations and production processes.
Ability to manage workforce efficiently in shift-based operations. Strong understanding of safety, 5S, and quality compliance. Problem-solving skills to handle production-related issues. Good communication and team coordination abilities.
