Role & Responsibility

Engineer – Production Planning & Control

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the MRP Controller, ensuring accurate and up-to-date planning, including management of job orders.
2. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality and Production Workshop teams to ensure timely fulfilment of planning requirements.
3. Coordinate with AF sister companies worldwide for procurement and on-time delivery of imported parts.
4. Manage indirect purchase orders from initiation to completion.
5. Analyze performance data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MRP & Production Planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design solutions and drive results.
• A self-starter with a “make things happen” mindset.
