Production Planning Control

You will be responsible for joining the Production (50%) and Supply Chain (50%) departments at Francois Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. as an Engineer in Production Planning & Control. Reporting to the Assistant Manager in Production Planning & Control, your main focus will be on effective ERP-driven planning, seamless coordination across departments, and procurement of indirect and imported parts to ensure on-time and in-full delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the MRP Controller, ensuring accurate and up-to-date planning, including management of job orders. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Production Workshop teams to ensure timely fulfillment of planning requirements. - Coordinate with AF sister companies worldwide for procurement and on-time delivery of imported parts. - Manage indirect purchase orders from initiation to completion. - Analyze performance data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute. - Minimum 5 years of experience in MRP & Production Planning. - Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage). - Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. - Creative thinker with the ability to design solutions and drive results. - A self-starter with a "make things happen" mindset.,
