Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nasik for a Production Planning Control position. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments to ensure timely manufacturing, and analyzing production workflows for efficiency. Additional responsibilities include ensuring resource availability, monitoring production processes, and addressing any potential delays in a proactive manner.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Production Planning and Production Schedules
• Strong Analytical and Planning skills to assess and improve production efficiency
• Exceptional Communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
• Proficiency in using production planning software or relevant tools
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred
