Job Description

As a Training Specialist at our company, your role involves delivering training sessions on Tech products to employees, clients, and partners. You will be responsible for conducting both online and in-person training, providing hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring understanding of product features, integrations, and best practices. Additionally, you will create user manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning modules, and develop assessments to evaluate learning outcomes. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting technical and functional training sessions on Tech products - Delivering online and in-person training with real-world use cases - Developing training materials such as user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs - Training internal teams on product functionalities and competitive advantages - Collaborating with Product Managers and Tech Support to enhance product knowledge - Tracking training performance and providing reports to management To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in Tech product training or software education - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
