Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs.
•  Create engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations.
•  Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for staff and clients.
•  Assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.
•  Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to stay updated.
•  Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
•  Provide ongoing support and answer product-related queries.
•  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
•  Collect and analyze feedback to enhance training programs.
•  Ensure training aligns with company goals and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
•  Proven experience as a trainer or educator. Min 4 Years
•  Strong understanding of product features and industry trends.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
•  Experience with instructional design and training technologies.
•  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•  Comfortable with public speaking and group facilitation.
•  Adaptability to different learning styles and environments.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms and tools like Articulate 360, Canva, Sigma.
