As a Product Trainer for School Books at Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP), you will be responsible for conducting academic training sessions, product orientations, and workshops for teachers, school management, and sales teams. Your role will involve explaining GBPs curriculum design, pedagogy, and teaching methodology effectively, as well as developing and delivering interactive presentations and product demos both offline and online. You will collaborate with sales and academic teams to identify training requirements, collect feedback for continuous improvement, and stay updated on educational trends and board curriculum updates. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct academic training sessions, product orientations, and workshops for schools and internal teams. - Explain GBPs curriculum design, pedagogy, and teaching methodology effectively to teachers and educators. - Develop and deliver interactive presentations and product demos (both offline and online). - Coordinate with sales and academic teams to identify training requirements and improve product understanding. - Collect feedback from schools and teachers to enhance the training process and content quality. - Stay updated on educational trends, NEP / NCF 2020 guidelines, and board curriculum updates (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards). - Support product launches and marketing initiatives through academic presentations. - Prepare training manuals, reference guides, and FAQs for schools and internal stakeholders. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, English, or related field (B.Ed preferred). - 2-6 years of experience as a teacher, academic trainer, product specialist, or educational consultant. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to deliver effective online and offline training sessions. - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital presentation tools. - Willingness to travel for school visits, training sessions, and academic events.
