🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training on

  hospitality tech products

  —features, benefits, and real-world application.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales and marketing teams.
• Train on sales techniques, soft skills, customer communication, and objection handling.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, logistics, and follow-up activities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coach employees toward achieving performance targets through mentoring.
• Maintain detailed training records, reports, and improvement plans.
• Prepare and design engaging PowerPoint training modules and presentations to support learning.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of experience

  in product or corporate training, ideally in sales/marketing domains.
• Experience or understanding of

  hospitality tech

  (PMS, booking engines, digital concierge tools, etc.) is a big plus.
• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

  (multilingual is a bonus).

• MBA or postgraduate qualification

  is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using digital training tools (LMS, Zoom, CRM, MS Office, etc.).
• Confident, energetic, and adaptable to different learning styles.
