Role Overview:

Looking for a dynamic trainer with 2–3 years of experience to deliver engaging product training for internal teams and external partners. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product training (virtual & in-person)
Create training content (slides, videos, etc.)
Manage LMS & track learner progress
Collaborate with teams for updated training material
Evaluate training effectiveness & improve delivery

Requirements:

2–3 years in training or L&D
Strong presentation & communication skills
Experience with Zoom/MS Teams & LMS
Background in B2B/IT services is a plus
