Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions for PPF installation, ceramic coating application, and complete car detailing processes.
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications in an engaging manner.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and manuals.
• Evaluate trainees through practical assessments and feedback sessions.
• Support post-training implementation to ensure skill retention and service quality.
• Stay informed about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Explain product benefits, features, and technical specifications to trainees.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, videos, and manuals for internal and external use.
• Assess trainee skills through practical and written evaluations.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and advanced detailing technologies.
• Coordinate with the technical and R&D team for product improvements and updated training content.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in car detailing, PPF installation, and ceramic coating application.
• Strong technical knowledge of automobile paint care and surface protection products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to demonstrate and train in both classroom and workshop environments.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training across locations.
