Role Overview: As a training program designer at our company, your main responsibility will be to create and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance in various processes. You will play a crucial role in developing engaging training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing effectiveness, collaborating with teams, and ensuring continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Develop Training: Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources that align with current processes and products. - Conduct Training Sessions: Lead interactive training workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate employees. - Assessment and Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics; make enhancements based on evaluation results. - Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance. - Onboarding Support: Assist new employees by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills for success. - Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance training programs. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for reporting purposes. - Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and training requirements within the department. - Software and System Training: Provide in-house training to employees on software and systems, creating modules as needed. Qualifications Required: - Skills: Proficiency in Training Design, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Instructional Technology, Adaptability, Analytical Skills, and experience in software training and learning management systems. - Education: Graduation or a Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, or relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Familiarity: Experience with onboarding tools, user pilot, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
