Title: Product Trainer (Industrial & ESD Solutions)

Company Overview :

We are a manufacturing company specializing in industrial products and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) solutions. We serve OEMs, factories, and distributors with high-quality, standards-compliant products designed for reliability, safety, and performance.

Role Summary The Product Trainer will design, deliver, and optimize training programs for internal teams (sales, service, production) and external audiences (distributors, channel partners, and end customers). You will translate complex industrial and ESD concepts into practical, engaging training that drives product adoption, reduces support issues, and strengthens customer confidence. This role requires fluent English, exceptional communication, and strong negotiation skills to align stakeholders and secure training participation and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product training: live instructor-led sessions, webinars, demos, hands-on workshops, and e-learning modules (LMS).
  • Tailor curricula for different audiences: sales enablement, technical/service teams, production operators, and customer/end-user training.
  • Create high-quality training assets: presentations, videos, step-by-step SOPs, quick reference guides, FAQs, and assessments.
  • Demonstrate and explain industrial and ESD product features, use cases, safety, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct needs analysis and skills gap assessments; maintain role-based training matrices and certification paths.
  • Track and report training outcomes: attendance, completion, assessment scores, NPS/CSAT, time-to-proficiency, and post-training impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, QA, and Engineering for content accuracy and product updates.
  • Support new product introductions (NPIs): develop launch training, demo scripts, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders (internal leaders, distributors, and customers) to schedule sessions, secure resources, and increase adoption.
  • Provide feedback to product and quality teams based on field insights, recurring questions, and failure modes.
  • Maintain training labs, demo kits, and ESD-compliant environments; manage logistics for on-site and remote sessions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, distributor meets, plant trials, and technical seminars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electronics, or related field; or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • 1+ years of product training, technical training, field application, or sales enablement experience in industrial/manufacturing; ESD exposure strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to simplify technical content for mixed audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing without direct authority.
  • Solid understanding of industrial environments, ESD controls, and safety protocols
  • Proficient with presentation tools and LMS platforms; skilled in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic data analysis for reporting.
  • Comfortable using CRM and ticketing systems for event planning and follow-ups.

Preferred/Good to Have

  • ESD Certified Professional (e.g., ESDA certifications) or similar.
  • Experience training distributors/channel partners across regions.
  • Basic understanding of installation practices, test/measurement tools (ESD testers, grounding checks), and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IEC/EN standards, OSHA/ISO safety practices, and manufacturing SOPs.
  • Video editing or e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia). Basic CAD or schematic-reading is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
