The Executive-Founder’s Office will work directly with CarzSpa's founder and senior leadership, managing cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and communication channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and administrative support to the founder for core business operations, team development, and franchise relations.
• Lead special initiatives, new projects and products, and expansions aligned with the founder's vision.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling confidential business matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a strategic or management role (startup/consulting preferred)
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly.
• Passion for the automotive industry, entrepreneurship, and growth leadership.
• Experience in building cross-functional teams or handling dealer/vendor relations is a plus.
