Job Title: Product Success Engineer (Staff / Sr. Staff Level) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: - 6 to 14 years Job Description: At Netradyne, we’re building world-class AI and Computer Vision products that are redefining fleet safety and intelligence. We're looking for a Product Success Engineer to be a critical link between our products and field success. If you're passionate about solving real-world problems, working with field teams, and enabling customer success – this is the role for you! Role Overview: We are looking for an Product Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore. The Product Support Engineer will work to support different products throughout the various stages of development and production. The ideal candidate would be able to resolve and document product issues and will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet product milestones. Role and responsibilities: A typical Product Success engineer in this role will Drive the development of Technical Documentation in conjunction with our India team Install & Repair SOPs (Standard Operating procedures) Product use SOPs Field debug SOPs including support for the Field Engineering team Assist with the development of Installation videos Work with customers to identify, resolve and document product issues. Assist with development of internal procedures and processes. Perform product installations as needed for testing purposes Assist with custom cable designs and manufacturing drawings. Running scripts to push new software onto devices Skills & Knowledge 6+ years of experience working in a professional product development environment Familiar with test equipment such as Volt/Ohm Multimeters & Oscilloscopes – Electronic Equipment, Automotive electronics. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet product milestones Familiarity with Microsoft office products such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point Familiarity with Linux OS Terminal Command line Interface Well versed in standard Linux command structures Ability to read and understand error messaging and debug software issues Experience with product testing and development a plus Familiar with creating/editing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & modifying pdf documents a plus. Willingness for domestic travel as needed (approx. 5-10 %) Good communication skills and the ability to work with other groups within the company. Basic scripting programing a plus (Python and Bash). Root cause analysis debugging skills for both Hardware and Software are a big plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering.-Electrical & Electronics 6-12 years of overall industry experience with at least 3 years of field expertise as product success or field enablement. Additional Notes This role involves direct collaboration with Field Engineers during on-ground visits. You'll act as a first-level escalation point for issues reported from the field.
