Our agri-tech solutions help reduce market information asymmetry, enabling farmers to work more efficiently and achieve better yields. Our services encompass advisory, agronomy, forecasting, and support at both agri-input and agri-output levels.

Role Description

✔ Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap based on farmer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.

✔ Conduct deep farmer research (field visits and data-driven insights) and map out user journeys to create high-traction, intuitive features.

✔ Leverage CRM tools (Zoho), analytics platforms (Mixpanel, etc.), and AI to optimize engagement, retention, and personalization for rural farmers.

✔ Design seamless farmer lifecycle journeys with SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and voice-first features.

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, data, and leadership—to launch impactful features.

✔ Partner with AI/ML teams to deliver innovative tools like crop advisory, disease detection, and personalized recommendations.

✔ Track key KPIs (adoption, retention, LTV, etc.) to optimize product performance and impact.

✔ Keep a pulse on emerging trends and the competitive landscape to guide Kisanwala's evolution.

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in agri-tech, fintech, or high-traction consumer apps.

✔ Proven track record of simplifying complex products for underserved users.

✔ Strong skills in mobile/web products, data analytics, and user-centric design.

✔ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, Zoho, and Figma. AI/ML experience is a plus.

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills (regional languages a plus).

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management and Business Analysis skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Software Development
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in the agri-tech industry is a plus but not mandatory
