Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute investor relations strategies
• Manage investor outreach and communication
• Drive fundraising efforts alongside top management
• Oversee due diligence processes and transaction closures
• Prepare market intelligence, competitor analysis, and benchmarking reports
• Draft investor updates and maintain investor records
• Prepare materials for investor meetings and key events

What We're Looking For:

• MBA in Finance (Tier 1/2), CA, CFA

• 3-4 years in investment banking, venture capital, or corporate strategy

• Proven experience in managing capital raises and investor relations
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
