HOOQX is a leading digital and web solutions company that works with clients globally to deliver innovative and impactful business solutions. We are expanding our financial and investor relations division and are looking for a skilled Investor Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Manage all aspects of investor communication and ensure transparency in financial reporting.
• Lead and execute fundraising initiatives — including equity, debt, and venture capital funding.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare investor decks, presentations, and reports.
• Identify potential investors and create strategies to attract new investment opportunities.
• Provide market insights, financial updates, and performance reports to investors.
• Handle investor queries efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial and investment strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Financial Advisory roles.
• Proven track record in managing investor communications and securing funds.
• Experience working with banks, investment firms, and venture capitalists.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, capital markets, and business valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Salary:

Attractive package — based on experience and last drawn salary.
