Investor Relations Manager

You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication, and supporting fundraising activities at Furlenco. Working closely with the CFO, CEO, Board, and investors, you will deliver financial communications effectively. - Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors. - Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, venture capitalists, private equity partners, and strategic stakeholders. - Develop and deliver investor communications such as quarterly reports, shareholder updates, board presentations, and financial disclosures. - Create investor materials including pitch decks, Q&A documents, FAQs, and talking points. - Collaborate with leadership to articulate Furlenco's business model, growth strategy, and financial performance. - Conduct peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to position the company effectively with investors. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment to provide insights and recommendations. - Support fundraising strategies across equity and debt, coordinating due diligence processes and tracking progress. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards in all investor communications. - Maintain accurate investor records, agreements, and documentation to support audits and reporting requirements. - 3+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or related field, preferably in a startup, venture capital, or financial services environment. - CA, CFA, or MBA qualification. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building abilities, project management skills, financial acumen, and understanding of fundraising structures and market trends.
