Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Investor Relations Manager to join our team at our Kolkata (Saltlake, Sector V) office. The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, financial communication, or banking, with a strong understanding of corporate finance and investment strategies.

The role involves managing investor communications, developing fundraising strategies, maintaining relationships with venture capital firms and institutional investors, and ensuring transparent communication between the company, investors, and financial community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
• Manage all aspects of fundraising and investment activities, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver investor reports, financial statements, and performance updates.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial models, forecasts, and investment plans.
• Represent the company in investor meetings, roadshows, and financial events.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new investment opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality in all financial communications.
• Build trust and long-term partnerships with stakeholders through clear, consistent, and transparent communication.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of investment management, fundraising, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with banks, venture capital, or private equity firms.
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting, valuation, and capital markets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Banking, or Fundraising roles.
• Proven track record in developing and managing investor networks.

Salary:

• Competitive and based on experience and last drawn salary.
