Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the solutions team, engineering, design, and stakeholders
  to refine feature designs and drive innovative feature development.
• Lead the product development squad from feature ideation through to successful
  delivery, prioritizing user stories and ensuring high quality, timely releases.
• Groom and maintain the product backlog including defects and features, creating
  detailed roadmaps that support company objectives and respond to marketdemands.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular
  updates on progress, risks, and deliverables to maintain alignment andtransparency.
• Champion feature adoption by gathering feedback, analysing usage data, and
  iterating on products measured on user satisfaction for both internal teams andexternal customers.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform
  product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum framework, running ceremonies like sprint planning,
  reviews, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.

ust-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product development,
  with a track record of successfully launching features on platforms likeSalesforce, Zoho, or equivalent enterprise level tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management,
  user story writing, and prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in product prototyping and design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or
  Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate feature value to
  internal and external customers.
• Strong written and presentation skills, including creating compelling product
  specs, roadmaps, and stakeholder reports.
• Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
  professional experience).

Good to have

• Certification as a Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) or in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in a startup environment, where you ve worn multiple hats and adapted
  quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of integration and customization in platforms like Salesforce (e.g., Apex,
  Lightning) or Zoho Creator.
• Experience with user experience (UX) research and A/B testing to drive product
  improvement
