Product Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy

    : Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for new products or features, working closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a successful launch.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging

    : Creating clear, compelling messaging and positioning for the product, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. This includes crafting elevator pitches, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research

    : Conducting market research, customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to gain deep insights into customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Using this data to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Collaborating with product managers, sales teams, and customer support to ensure product features and benefits are communicated clearly and consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Sales Enablement

    : Equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the product. This may include creating sales decks, product demos, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution

    : Developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This includes digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Product Launches

    : Leading product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and the product is presented to the market effectively. This includes managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking KPIs post-launch.
  • Customer Advocacy

    : Developing strategies to engage and retain customers, including creating customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to build brand loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics

    : Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring product adoption, and gathering customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuous Product Feedback Loop

    : Gathering ongoing feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to inform future product iterations and marketing strategies.
