Product Marketing Manager – Tax & Corporate Product Lines

About the Role

Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

This role is responsible for planning and driving all promotional, launch, and sales enablement activities — ensuring the products are effectively positioned, marketed, and supported across all channels.

You’ll work closely with the sales, product and marketing teams to ensure every campaign, event, and feature release contributes to sustained product growth and stronger customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual

    marketing plans

     for the Tax and Corporate product lines.
  • Identify and plan

    sales growth initiatives

     such as product launches, outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the product to plan

    feature release communication

    , ensuring new updates are clearly positioned and promoted to users and prospects.

Sales Enablement & Lead Support

  • Partner with sales teams to plan and execute

    lead generation campaigns

    , track performance, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide backend coordination for

    events, demos, and outreach

    , ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with sales goals.
  • Create and maintain

    sales collateral

    , including presentations, product decks, brochures, and client communications.

Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and coordinate

    marketing campaigns

    , including product demonstrations, digital promotions, events, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team on

    mass mailing

    , newsletters, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing materials and product messaging remain

    consistent, accurate, and aligned

     with brand strategy.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the

    link between sales, product, and marketing

    , ensuring consistent information flow and coordination on campaigns and launches.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, vendors, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness and ROI across initiatives.


Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in

    B2B product marketing

    , ideally in publishing, legal-tech, or information services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with

    email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)

    , CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
