About the RoleThe

Product Marketing Manager

plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for specific products or product lines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, customer adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products or product lines.
  • Collaborate with product management to gain deep understanding of product features, benefits, and target markets.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Create marketing collateral such as product documentation, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals through collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Understand the business portfolio targets and plan marketing strategies and execution accordingly.
What We Are Looking For
Education
  • Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Post-graduation: MBA preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of2 yearsof relevant experience in product marketing or a related domain.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful marketing content and presentations.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within teams.
