Zime is redefining sales enablement for enterprise SaaS with AI-native playbooks that actually do the work. Our platform listens to 100s of sales calls, parses CRM signals, and auto-generates living sales assets - objection handling, discovery prompts, persona decks, follow-up templates, and more - customized per deal and constantly learning.

We’re post-PMF, growing fast, and backed by believers - Z21 Ventures, AUM, and founders/operators from Chargebee, Capillary, and Skan.

And most importantly: You won’t be adding AI as a layer. You’ll rebuild how products are researched, validated, written, and coordinated - as if AI was the starting point, not an afterthought.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Define and evolve the product narrative, vision, and strategy for the category we’re creating.
• Lead the shift to AI-native product development:
• Research with AI copilots surfacing hidden needs from qualitative data.
• Prioritization driven by customer signal, market resonance, and automated tagging.
• PRDs that are alive - embedded with usage data, prototypes, and auto-synced GTM insight.
• Close, confident loops with engineering - milestone-led, not backlog-bound.
• Collaborate across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Engineering to create real cross-functional momentum.
