This is not a ticketing job. You’ll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to:

• Drive customer outcomes
• Build reusable playbooks
• Influence what the product becomes

What You’ll Do

• Run onboarding + ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts
• Solve problems fast — sometimes before the customer sees them
• Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
• Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
• Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
• Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 3–6 years in CS / client delivery / consulting / ops

* Gurgaon (preferred) — in-office 3 days/week
