Why This Role Is Unique

This is not a feature PM job.

You’ll be designing a system where every prompt is a node in an evolving GTM brain — modular, self-learning, and capable of surfacing red alerts before a pipeline dies.

You’ll work directly with Sanchit (founder, ex-$100M exit, executive coach) and sit at the intersection of:

• AI prompting + NLP
• Sales GTM
• Internal CS workflows
• Customer playbook knowledge

You won’t just write prompts. You’ll make them:

• Modular — one slot update = 50 clients updated
• Actionable — sales leaders act on what they read
• Self-serve — CS can deploy in minutes, not days
• Self-learning — each iteration teaches the next

🧠 What You’ll Own

• Audit and rebuild the current prompt stack for clarity, modularity, UX, and low manual cost
• Build the Prompt Block Library — reusable components mapped to GTM concepts like objections, competitors, call stages, etc.
• Launch a CS-friendly config flow to spin up AI playbooks without engineering
• Build the feedback system: track what prompts worked, what failed, and why
• Partner with CS to deliver real customer success stories where AI playbooks saved pipeline
• Drive the information network across clients — where learnings from one objection shape all others

• Think like a product architect, not just a spec writer — you see systems, not features
• Can write and structure clearly: UX copy is part of your toolkit
