Yanolja Cloud Solution (formerly eZee) is a global leader in hospitality technology, offering a full-stack SaaS platform that empowers hotels, travel distributors, and partners to manage and scale their operations efficiently. We serve thousands of properties and distribution partners across the world through our Channel Manager, PMS, Booking Engine, and B2B Marketplace solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technology. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration — with a strong focus on solving real problems for our users and driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals

Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitor research, and internal feedback

Write clear, actionable product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories

Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality features

Lead product launches and ensure cross-functional alignment across departments

Track product metrics to evaluate performance, adoption, and user satisfaction

Manage integrations with third-party partners such as OTAs, GDSs, and payment providers

Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, or optimization

Measurable KRAs & Targets:

You will be evaluated on the successful and timely delivery of product features, adoption by end users, and contribution to business KPIs such as engagement, retention, or monetization. Additional expectations include maintaining high product quality with minimal bugs post-launch, providing complete product documentation, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration, and achieving consistently high user satisfaction scores.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or travel/hospitality tech

Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies

Experience writing PRDs, managing sprints, and launching end-to-end features

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar

Ability to manage APIs, integrations, or platform-based products

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Prior experience in hospitality or travel tech

Exposure to B2B marketplaces, channel managers, or distributor integrations

Understanding of fintech/payment flows (virtual cards, payouts, reconciliation)

Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-cultural teams
