Focus is on providing leadership and direction for SAP projects ( i.e. implementation of new systems/software ). S/he works closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Also provide support to teams working on SAP implementations, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from business, build good relationships, understand business unique needs, provide system support, error identification & timely resolution as per business expectations & define the priorities. Responsible for analysis, advisory services, specification, and complex problem solving within the SAP area. Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops. Expert in hand holding with business users & impact analysis. Primary function is to ensure that the organization's financial processes and transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and analyzed. Validate and enhance the integration points between strategy, planning, finance, supply chain, sales & production processes, SAP components like Fiori, Portal, Analytics and other allied systems like HRMS, Happay, Mobility, Bots, QR Code etc. Lead the SAP S4HANA Implementation/support Projects for at least 10-15 years in manufacturing company. Knowledge of Agro Chemical & Seed Business is an additional advantage. Minimum three (3) full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations & three (3) support projects. Brief Summary of the position The candidate will actively implement & Support SAP Modules across all functional areas. Managed projects from requirement gathering till Go live. Co-ordination with Technical team & must have independently led the module development of multiple objects. Expertise in the Finance & Supply Chain requirements & its Interfaces. Expert knowledge of SAP Integration within all the modules & other allied systems. Key responsibilities Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Expertise in Business Process Re-engineering. Eliminate manual efforts by digitization, process automations & enhance user experience. Map business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP; develops necessary. Design, customize, configure, enhance, and test all modules. Identify gaps, issues, and provide cost effective solutions as per business requirements. Ensuring business support targets and SLAs are met consistently. Review & validate partner’s proposed solution as per business requirements, to ensure quality and completeness and perform impact assessment on change request. Did the root cause analysis for every business issue. Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve. Proactively identify and propose improvements in business processes and/or system enhancements. Ensure & establish IT policies, standards, and SOPs (including program, config & test documentation, training manuals transport request etc.). Facilitate roles & authorizations, security clearance and provisioning of production access for business users and IT partners. Conduct SAP Trainings and user support as required. Provide the necessary support and services in activities related to audit and management / progress meetings. Build IT repository for all manuals. Work self-directed and independently, Act as subject matter expert & mentor to business teams. Work Experience Desirable Total Years of work experience in relevant Industry 10-15 years of experience in a full SAP cycle implementation as well as in supporting projects in manufacturing company. Occasional business travel Specific work experience in the domain area Minimum of 5 years SAP HANA experience in implementation & support (all modules – FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR). Provisioning, installation, configuration, and technical support, related to infrastructure, SAP Build, and Operations. Lead team who installs, operate, monitors, troubleshoot and maintain servers, software, and technologies in delivering full lifecycle management. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Understanding of accounting business processes.
