JD For Bioscience Department (Crystal Crop Protection Ltd.)

Knowledge to develop mycorrhiza by ROC method
Basic knowledge of tissue culture
Preparation of growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture
Isolation, identification & purification of beneficial microbes from soil & other sources
Maintain of pH, check contamination of culture media and broth at FCO parameter
Preparation of inoculums & testing of inoculums at FCO parameter
Knowledge about CIP & SIP of fermenter
Knowledge of fungi & Bacteria fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSF
Knowledge has to formulate biofertilizer & Biopesticide in granules, powder & liquid
Analysis of raw materials, finished products at FCO parameter
Handling of Instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge & pH meter
