Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Research Scientist located in Cooch Behar. The Associate Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and development of oncology research projects. Daily tasks include conducting literature reviews, maintaining lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in laboratory techniques and hands-on experience with scientific research methodologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively Knowledge of oncology research and familiarity with current advancements in the field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Oncology, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of scientific integrity
