Job Description

Adherence to safety protocols,
Collaborate with cross-functional team such as Analytical, Quality assurance, Warehouse, plant operators and engineers for smooth execution of scale-up batches at plant.
Equipment mapping for projects and sharing with CFT
Preparation of BPRs
Operation and cleaning of pilot plant equipment as per SOP.
Updating all the records related to plant activities (e.g. Batch Production Record, RM consumption record, equipment usage log sheet, weighing balance calibration record, area cleaning record etc.,)
Ensuring Maintenance of all the equipment in the pilot plant and documenting the same.
Record Temperature, RH, and pressure difference in clean room as per the SOP.
Ensuring the receipt of log sheets from QA and returning the filled log sheets to QA on a regular basis.
Assisting QA for audit preparation
