Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and develop product roadmaps. Drive the execution of product development sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress against timelines and milestones. Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, and key stakeholders. Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate on features and improve product usability and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in product management best practices. Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and user feedback. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in travel and B2B product management. Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling B2B products. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus. Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments. Experience in user research, user experience (UX) design, and product testing. Prior experience with B2B products or the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Data-driven approach with a strong focus on user experience and business objectives. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
