Job Title: Regional Sales Head (Offline + Online) Location: Delhi Reports To: National Head of Sales Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Regional offline Channel Head is responsible for leading and driving the operational efficiency & hence sales from offline GDS agents across the entire country. This role involves driving revenue growth through effective channel partner management, expanding market presence, and executing national sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Offline + Online sales strategy for the country, aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Set and manage sales targets for the country, ensuring a focus on revenue growth and market penetration Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and address potential challenges 2. Channel Partner Management: Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators Develop and implement partner programs to drive engagement, performance, and loyalty. Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to maximize their effectiveness and success. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel sales professionals across the north region Foster a high-performance culture within the team, setting clear goals and expectations. Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated sales team. 4. Sales Operations and Reporting: Oversee and streamline sales processes, including lead management, pipeline development, and deal closure. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive insights and improve sales strategies Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management. 5. Market Development and Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market segments within the country. Develop and implement national marketing and promotional strategies to enhance market presence. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and promote the company’s brand. 6. Customer and Partner Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of satisfaction among channel partners and end customers by addressing issues and providing exceptional support. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Rich experience in offline channel sales, with a proven track record of success at a national level. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and trends to make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the country as needed.
