Job Title: Product Manager

Experience: 6-7 years in Product Management, Technology, or Program Management

Industry Preference: Retail/E-commerce (Preferred)


About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in technology-driven product

development to drive execution and delivery in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex technical products, working with engineering teams, and delivering scalable solutions. Experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of technical product features, from ideation to
  • launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, data science, and business
  • teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and resolve dependencies.
  • Technical Ownership: Understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration needs
  • to guide development teams effectively.
  • Agile & Delivery Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release
  • coordination in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical
  • specs, managing expectations and trade-offs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse product performance, and optimize features
  • based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Retail Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Apply expertise in retail tech (e.g., e-commerce
  • platforms, inventory systems, payment gateways, omnichannel solutions) to enhance product
  • offerings.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6-7 years in Technical Product Management, Program Management, or Software
  • Engineering (with product focus).
  • Strong technical acumen—familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), databases, and
  • microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Analytical mindset—proficiency in SQL, analytics tools (Tableau, Looker), and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication skills—ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Retail/E-commerce experience is a plus (e.g., POS, order management, supply chain tech, or
  • digital commerce).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA optional).
