About the Role

Product Manager

What You'll Do

Define product vision, strategy, and OKRs for core product areas.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery to solution delivery and iteration.
Conduct customer and market research to validate problems and solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and design to translate product ideas into high-quality user experiences.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and lead agile development cycles.
Drive product adoption and measure success using data-driven insights.
Align cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and sales for go-to-market success.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of product management experience in tech-driven companies (logistics, marketplaces, or SaaS preferred).
Experience launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business, tech, and user needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with product analytics and data tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Mixpanel).

Bonus Points

Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or B2B marketplaces.
Background in working with APIs, integrations, or mobile-first platforms.
Startup or scale-up experience.
