Role Overview

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch and iteration
• Conduct product research: user interviews, market studies, competitor benchmarking
• Write clear product specs, user flows, and API documentation
• Collaborate closely with engineering to design technically feasible solutions
• Drive sprint planning, roadmap prioritization, and release cycles
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to improve user experience and performance

Requirements

• 25 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong understanding of

  APIs

  , developer tools, and technical documentation
• Experience with agile development and tools like JIRA, Notion, Postman, and Mixpanel
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Good to Have

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or other messaging platforms
• Exposure to martech, customer engagement, or CRM products
• Previous experience in a startup or growth-stage environment
