We recently bolstered our GenAI team with the acquisition of a healthcare technology company offering cloud-based, GenAI call technology built by experts in transformer-based natural language processing. As a Product Manager in the GenAI team you will be part of this industry leading team designing products that change the way the business of healthcare works.

You will bring an innovative mindset and manage the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. This role offers opportunities to expand your influence and expertise in a high-growth area with direct visibility to Sagility Leadership.

Duties and responsibilities

• Drive the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch of Gen AI products.
• Conduct voice of customer interviews, competitor analysis and market research on a regular basis to bring innovations and enhancements to the platform.
• Conduct product demos to showcase solutions to customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization • Create prototypes and lead design sessions for healthcare GenAI solution definition.
• Document the high-level use cases and training documents for internal stakeholder training.
• Plan features for upcoming release cycles, considering client deliverables and roadmap features, coordinate with engineers and QA teams to ensure effective sprints and timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies (particularly AI and healthcare), and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Hands on experience in driving RPA, ML, Analytics, GenAI products would be a plus.

Experience:

• 8+ years with at least 5+ years’ proven experience in product management role in B2B.
• Experience in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch is required. o Prior experience in top-tier product management roles in GenAI preferred
• Prior experience in top-tier product management roles in GenAI preferred

Skills & competencies

• Technical Skills:

  Prior experience in a technical role is preferred.

• Research & Coding:

  While the role does not require coding or research, high level familiarity with Software Development, GenAI architectures, Cloud architectures is required.

• Passion for AI:

  Either with experience in space or self-driven learning in areas such as LLM development, application to audio and document workflows

• Deployment Experience:

  Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production with real-time processing needs is a plus.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong in error analysis and model debugging for speech and language models.

Minimum Education

• Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, ML, or related field; MS/MBA/PhD (Preferably from Tyre1 schools).
