Description
As a Product Manager at Duroflex, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the roadmap for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) tech stack and driving growth in the mattress category. Your role will involve optimizing user experiences, ensuring a commercially viable product portfolio, and expanding the business through a mix of e-commerce and offline channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, which include developers, designers, marketers, and external partners, will be essential to translate business requirements into actionable strategies that align with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, product development, and market intelligence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a product roadmap for both the D2C tech stack and mattress portfolio, balancing short-term and long-term goals. You will prioritize features, enhancements, and new products based on business needs, market trends, and stakeholder feedback. Driving sales for B2C mattresses across offline and e-commerce channels will also be a crucial focus, ensuring that product offerings meet market demand effectively. Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and document technical, functional, and design requirements for the D2C platform and mattress product line. You will work towards ensuring that all specifications are aligned with business objectives and that the mattress portfolio remains commercially viable. Regular coordination with design, development, marketing, and operations teams will be necessary to ensure product alignment and smooth project execution across different sales channels. In addition to overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery, you will also lead testing efforts to identify and resolve bugs and usability issues on the website. Performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market intelligence gathering will play a significant role in informing product strategy and pricing decisions. Your collaboration with senior leadership to build a comprehensive digital and product strategy will be crucial in aligning with Duroflex's business goals and customer needs. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred). With at least 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, technology-driven, or product portfolio environments, you should have a solid technical understanding of platforms like Shopify, PHP, and web development processes. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, along with deep knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and visual merchandising principles, are essential for success in this role. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, will be valuable assets.
