As a Senior Sales Consultant for the Mahindra dealership showroom located in Umiya Nagar Society, Udhana - Magdalla Rd, near Shree Chosath Joganiya, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat 394210, you will be responsible for both personal and commercial vehicle sales. Your role will involve greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting test drives, and closing sales with a customer-first approach. You will need to have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage the entire sales process independently from customer enquiry to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming customers professionally, recommending suitable Mahindra vehicles, conducting demonstrations and test drives, presenting finance options clearly, negotiating pricing, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support showroom events and promotional activities. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in car sales, preferably with Mahindra or other commercial/personal vehicle brands. You must possess strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and their business applications, along with good verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi. A valid driving license, basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a target-driven sales focus are essential. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a Mahindra dealership, knowledge of financing and insurance processes, and a local client network in the region. The working conditions will primarily be showroom-based with occasional field visits, and attractive performance-based incentives are available. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Raigah Unit 2. Explore newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships 3. Assist and provide inputs for pricing and billing policies, procedures for various specialized medical package & services 4. Process the insurance claims for the corporate 5. Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities 6. Partner with the corporate marketing team and sales leadership team to develop the sales strategy for the hospital in order to achieve the revenue targets 7. Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall amongst potential patients/customers and to leverage the brand 8. Identify new markets, new engagements, new specialities and ways to drive future business 9. Identify key resources of business and translation/allocation of targets to the sources i.e. Doctor marketing/referrals, Corporate Sales, Direct Marketing (Sales Focus) 10. Manage the profitability of the unit by ensuring marketing spends are commensurate with the turnover achieved 11. Monitor the day-to-day operations of the sales & marketing team so that business and sales practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity and comply with the Fortis Code of Conduct, company policies and ethical standards, and local, regional and national law, regulations and guidelines 12. Develop and manage the fiscal budget related to sales activities, develop and execute plans within allocated budget. Ensure expenses remain with budgetary guidelines 13. Gather market intelligence with respect to services offered and their pricing by competitor hospitals and apprise the management of the same in a timely manner. Propose appropriate corrective action as necessary 14. Design and implement a sales training curriculum to support the strategy, including new hire training, product and disease state information, selling skills and other skill development programs, and compliance training related to promotional practices 15. Lead the Marketing efforts to Doctors (Doctor Marketing). Guide and direct team members on the right process to be followed for creating a doctors referral base. Define focus areas and ways to ensure greater conversation of doctors and enhanced referrals to Raigarh Unit 16. Conceptualize and implement various direct sales initiatives to reach customers directly 17. Take active interest in the recruitment, performance management and training & development of all the team members. Appraise employee performance and facilitate team engagement activities 18. Periodically analysing MIS reports to draw inferences, trends and inputs to be used for marketing 19. Analyse advertising and marketing spends to ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively 20. Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management
