As a Store Manager at Duroflex, youll be the face of our brand at the store level. Youll lead the team, drive sales, and create an environment that reflects our brand values comfort, trust, and innovation. Drive sales performance by motivating and mentoring the store team. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Duroflexs brand promise. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams for stock planning. Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are maintained. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance. Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations efficiently.
