Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.Drive sales performance by motivating and mentoring the store team.Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Duroflexs brand promise.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams for stock planning.Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are maintained.Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations efficiently.Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of service and product knowledge.
