Store Manager

Job Description: Store Sales Coordinator/Executive ​We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage daily store operations, coordinate sales personnel, and ensure aggressive sales target achievement. This is a demanding role requiring strong organizational skills and exceptional communication. ​🔑 Key Responsibilities: ​Sales Management & Target Achievement: ​Relentlessly pursue and achieve the total monthly sales target. ​Monitor, motivate, and manage the performance of on-floor sales personnel. ​Maintain a detailed and organized overview of sales figures and performance. ​Operational & Data Management: ​Demonstrate complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking sales, inventory, and staff performance metrics. ​Ensure all sales records and operational data are accurately recorded and maintained. ​Customer & Store Floor Management: ​Proactively engage with customers; must not hesitate to showcase products and assist the team, especially during high-customer traffic periods (crowds). ​Expertly manage customer mood and behavior to ensure a positive shopping experience and maximize conversion rates. ​Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and store presentation. ​Communication: ​Possess extremely good communication skills and full professional fluency in Hindi, English, and Odia. ​💼 Required Skills & Qualifications: ​Proven experience in a sales or retail environment is strongly preferred. ​Mandatory: Expert knowledge of Excel and data management. ​Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. ​Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities. ​Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. ​💰 Salary: ​₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).
