Artha gives users intuitive insights on their financial health, budgeting, goals, and portfolio — without pushing products or cross-selling. We’re looking for a Product Manager who shares our passion for transparent, unbiased personal finance , and who can lead the development of our next phase — from user discovery to feature rollout. What You’ll Do Own and drive the product roadmap for Nobias Artha Translate user feedback, data insights, and financial literacy goals into intuitive features Collaborate with design, engineering, content, and compliance teams to ship high-quality experiences Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing user needs with business goals Define and track product success metrics Stay ahead of regulatory frameworks in fintech and personal finance apps Who You Are 4+ years of product management experience in consumer tech , ideally fintech or wellness apps Strong user empathy, with experience in user research and product discovery Experience working with cross-functional teams (especially engineering + content) Analytical thinker — you know how to test hypotheses and iterate Bonus: experience in building apps related to budgeting , investment tracking , or financial education Why Nobias Mission-driven team committed to changing the way India relates to money No ads, no sales commissions — just honest, human-first product thinking Flexible, remote-friendly work culture Opportunity to shape a product that makes a difference in people’s lives Must-have qualifications Bachelor's Degree Comfortable commuting to Mumbai Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience 4+ years of product management experience in consumer tech, ideally fintech or wellness apps Experience in user research and product discovery Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and content Must be located in commutable distance to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Preferred qualifications Experience in building apps related to budgeting, investment tracking, or financial education 2 years of work experience with Behavioral Finance Think you’re the right fit?
