Job Description : Product Manager


About the Role:

Own the Repayment Journey: Define, strategize, and execute the product roadmap for all aspects of credit card repayment for revolvers and overdue customers.



Responsibilities



  • Optimize Repayment Options: Research, design, and implement diverse and user-friendly repayment options to maximize successful on-time payments.
  • Manage Overdue Lifecycle & Engagement: Develop and optimize the entire overdue repayment journey, flexible repayment plans, and engagement mechanisms to guide customers back to good standing.
  • Drive Repayment Behavior & Incentivization: Explore and implement strategies, including gamification, nudges, and targeted incentives, to encourage positive repayment habits and reduce late payments.
  • Champion Credit Awareness & Education: Develop educational content, interactive modules, and in-app experiences that demystify credit, explain interest, fees, and responsible card usage, empowering users to make informed financial decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve repayment flows, engagement tactics, and financial wellness features.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to define requirements, manage development sprints, and ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in credit card repayment and financial wellness tools.
  • Define Success Metrics: Establish clear KPIs for repayment success rates, delinquency reduction, user engagement with financial wellness tools, and customer satisfaction, tracking and reporting on progress.


Qualifications & Required Skills:



  • 5 years of product management experience, with a strong preference for experience in FinTech, banking, or credit products.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex user journeys, ideally related to financial transactions, payments, or sensitive customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial technology or related fields.
  • Familiarity with credit card repayment processes and financial wellness tools.
