Role Overview Description

The Product Manager at Anervea.AI bridges the gap between business, domain experts, and technical teams. This role involves driving Agile projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring delivery of impactful AI/ML-based analytics solutions for pharma and healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities -

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML solution frameworks and technical deliverables.
• Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs using Agile methodologies.
• Drive project delivery through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
• Communicate technical challenges and trade-offs in simple business terms.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality and compliance in solution design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications -

• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharma, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management in AI/Analytics.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Understanding of pharma, biotech, or healthcare data workflows is an advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Agile Product Ownership and Backlog Management
• Requirements elicitation and prioritization
• Familiarity with data science, ML, and analytics platforms Anervea.AI
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud, and integration workflows
